Brief
To increase website traffic and encourage repeat purchases. Also, to make it as simple as possible for customers to get in touch, track their orders, view care guides and navigate back to the site.
Campaign
Branded banners are applied to every transactional email – purchase confirmations, delivery notifications etc. – targeting the recipient with the latest seasonal offers for Appleyard, and Blossoming Gifts. These banners always feature clear and clickable calls-to-action to drive further purchases, as well as clear contact information and links to care guides etc. within their strong visual branding.
Result
The campaign achieved an average engagement rate of 9% and generated over 5,000 extra clicks throughout the last quarter.
