In order to enable Rocketseed for YOUR COMPANY, your IT need to implement the DNS record additions/updates shown below for YOUR EMAIL DOMAIN(S):
1) SPF Record for YOUR EMAIL DOMAIN(S)
A) If you have an existing SPF record, ADD the following source:
include:spfau.rocketseed.com
B) If you have NO existing SPF record, please contact our Support: support@parrotdigital.com.au
2) Create NEW DNS CNAME record for YOUR EMAIL DOMAIN(S) with the following details:
Name:
branding
Value:
oz01.rocketseed.com
Example:
branding IN CNAME oz01.rocketseed.com.
3) Advise Parrot Digital when the changes have been made.
Once these have propagated, Parrot Digital will send through the routing instructions for your email system.
